Site blueprints for the financier's personal tropical island included in the photographs.

Furthermore featured in this recent photograph disclosure appears to be a site plan for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.

The financier acquired a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

This visual evidence reveal he had formulated ambitious plans to develop the sprawling island by constructing residences, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a pool.

Marked on the drawing is a local waterway, a strait in the region, marked on the bottom right.

This development map is covered in notations in red and includes a legend identifying distinct areas of the property.

Alongside the main plan are what seem to be several other site drawings and construction drawings, featuring layouts for boat shelters.

Further documentation disclosed as part of the ongoing investigative disclosure.
